How can I book a service?
To book a service, simply email us. we will answer you as soon as we can No payment needed in advance.

How can I pay for the service?
We accept Cash payment in Euros, credit cards( visa American express, MasterCard, diners) for the credit cards payment we will apply an extra charge of a 20%. Sorry we do not accept traveller's cheque

Whom I have to pay for the service?
You can pay for the service directly to our driver

Do WE TAKE PAYMENT IN advance?
You can pay in advance via pay pal. It's quick, safe and you can use any credit card you wish. You can subscribe to pay pal following this link www.paypal.com.

What happens if my flight is late? Will you wait for me? Will be an extra cost?
We always ask your flight or train number and your ship name to check if they are late. Our driver will wait for you anyway, even after 5 hours and will never be a extra cost.

How can I get in touch with the driver in emergency case?
In case of any emergency, you can call the number +39 3285661127 .Our customer service number will call your driver.

Is there any other fee I will pay for?
No, our fares are hidden fee free and all inclusive ( tax ,fuel, baggage handling etc) the only extra cost is if you pay us by credit card(20%). To avoid this you can withdraw cash from the ATM machine at the airport or quickly stop by an ATM machine during your trip.
